MDF or solid wood
A sure way to set your property apart (especially in Japan) is to instal baseboards, crown holding and door/window trims that are creative and elegant. There are so many profiles to choose from. Most affordable is the raw MDF. Next is painted MDF. The most expensive is painted solid wood.
